I just had a custom pc built by Juan and he was amazing from the time I placed my order online, to the final build and pickup. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and when I got my new pc home, every thing was perfect. Windows was installed correctly, all bios was correctly overclocked, just perfect. The build was on point. Juan did a great job. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Great experience!

I was told by a co-worker to check out this store. All I can say is WOW! If you are a tech person, these people got it all! A nice display of Raspberry Pi's and accessories, 3D printers, laptops, all kinds of keyboards, big screen TV's, Apple computers, Windows PC's, security cameras of all kinds, Wyze cameras and much more. This store is a good 40 minute drive from me. If you are a tech person, this is like being a kid in a candy store going there. These people did one heck of a job putting such a large selection of stuff under one roof.

We were in Miami for the day , and were looking for security cameras and wanted something specific - Steven was of great help ! He helped us price match and also helped us to get more accessories! He was kind and helpful . This store is better than target elctronics customer service or Best Buy electronics CS . They genuinely were helpful and helped us ! Because they offered good service I will go back ! Call Steven for all ur needs !

This place is legit. I was a kid in a candy store. Assisted by Andres. Told him what a needed and he made it happen. This was my first build (very special to me) and Andres made it possible. Financing options are a little weak (6 months no interest). The MOST valuable asset the store has is its staff. They are all friendly, professional and 100% of them know their shit. This is the ONLY place I would send a first time builder.

I had an amazing experience at Micro Center Miami! The store is always well-stocked, organized, and full of great deals but what really made my visit stand out was Junayet K. Junayet went above and beyond to help me with my custom PC build. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail from choosing the right components to making sure everything would run smoothly together. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers get the best results possible. Thanks to Junayet and the rest of the team, I walked out with confidence and excitement to start my build. I love this place. I've been here more than once, and the employees are very attentive. I hope a store like this never goes away—remember Radio Shack? It's like that, but 10 times better, AND (that means in addition) with a focus on computer parts and hi-tech hobbies. You've got tools focused on electronics, 3D printers—I even saw a telescope for sale! There's the PC building booth where you can ask them, with no additional charge, to hold on to a critical component for your computer, pay for it, and pick it up there—meaning you don't actually have to go through the aisles if you're so inclined. But trust me, it's worth it. You're just going to be amazed by their huge inventory and how clean everything is. It's very future!

I had an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience at microcenter. I recently went to buy the parts for my first custom gaming pc and the experience couldn't have been more smooth and professional. Sales Associate Daniel Picot did an amazing job of guiding me through the process of choosing each component and the price to performance of the components i was buying. I would recommend this location 1000000% and the sales team is absolutely phenomenal at their job, couldn't be more satisfied with my visit and purchase. And as for the performance of the pc, it is outstanding, all of the parts work perfectly and had no trouble building and assembling on my own. 10/10 will absolutely be driving the 3 hours here again. 💯

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Ronald provided exceptional customer service during the purchasing phase. He took the time to assess exactly what I needed, offered knowledgeable recommendations, and ensured every component was compatible for a high-performance custom loop build. His expertise and patience made a significant difference. Juan did an incredible job assembling the beast. The craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail in the hard tube liquid cooling setup were impressive. The system not only performs flawlessly but looks absolutely stunning. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Daniel, as the Manager, oversaw the entire process and made sure everything progressed as fluently and efficiently as possible.
